Dalgona Pero (Whipped Pero)

If you have been on the internet at all this past month, you have most likely seen the whipped coffee trend that has gone viral. I am a texture person, and anything whipped is my favorite, so of course I had to try it out. I personally do not drink coffee, but love drinking a substitute called Pero. Pero is made with Barley, Malted Barley, Chicory, and Rye and tastes extremely similar to coffee.

This blend of ingredients creates the most delicious, creamy topping that has a texture similar to marshmallow fluff.
